I purchased two tshirt for my husband and made the payment through debit card on 6 feb 2018
Due to some reason I cancelled the order on the same date, but I did not get my refund within 3 working days of the bank.
I called the customer care of flipkart and they told me the amount is refunded to your account, you need to contact with the bank if you haven’t received the refund. After that I went to the bank and they said, we haven’t get any such amount from flipkart and also said if flipkart has given your refund, it should be credited into your bank account.
Again I called to the flipkart customer care and they said please call the customer care no of the bank. Again i asked the bank, they told me the same thing again.
After that again I called to flipkart the said go to the bank and fill up “charge back form” to the bank, but bank said that they haven’t received the amount
Now flipkart is not doing anything. Sometimes they hang up the call during calling. Whenever i called them they talk so rudely. It’s really frustrating me now.
