On 12th December I had ordered a blazer from myntra and they were supposed to deliver it by 24th December via delivery partner "Delhivery ".But a person named Apurba Gogoi from Delhivery Guwahati called me and said that they had misplaced my parcel and would find it soon and hand it over to me. But since then I have been calling both Delhivery and myntra customer service continuously but every time they asked for 24hours to fix my problem. Of late they are even avoiding my calls.I had requested to refund the amount which I prepaid through Debit card at the time of ordering the product. They are refusing to do that. Now I am at a helpless situation as I am not getting the parcel or even my money back. I am trapped between the blame games of Myntra and Delhivery.
Therefore I would like to request you to take necessary steps to solve the problem on an urgent basis. (tracking no. Of the product is 131190746764)
